Overview

This online class will help you become an effective communicator in business settings. As you progress through the course modules, you'll learn about seven communication principles that can be applied to all typed of communications. These include both personal and professional communication as well as the different types of audiences you need to consider when drafting communication messages. You'll also explore ethics and learn how to ethically communicate in business.
