Developing skills at every level

We recognize that each person has unique needs no matter where they are in their career journey. That's why we work with leading ASU faculty to develop competency-based courses designed to meet learners where they are.

CareerCatalyst's comprehensive approach to skills education

These are skills required for any employee to be successful at an organization. It is a skillset acquired in entry-level jobs; rarely taught comprehensively by schools. Many times we achieve these skillsets and we do not even know it.

Professional 'Human' Skills

Employers seek professional skills in their employees at every level and across functional roles. Many are “human skills” or “soft skills.” We teach them directly and contextualize them in real-work scenarios. We also offer programming related to professional skills that serves learners from entry-level to executive.

Technical / Functional Skills

These skills relate to a specific job, function, or role. Greater adoption of technology has made technical skills essential in the workplace, and the pace of technological change means that in-demand technical skills are evolving quickly.
