If you're looking to advance your career in project management but want a more flexible payment option, our Project Management Certificate offers a convenient "pay as you go" payment plan. This allows you to spread the cost over time while still gaining the same valuable skills and credentials upon completion of the program.

What is the Project Management Certificate?

ASU's Project Management Certificate is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge and skills required to succeed in project management. The program consists of 13 self-paced, online courses that cover key project management principles, including planning, scheduling, risk management, Agile methodologies and leadership. Additionally, this program fulfills the 35-hour educational requirement needed to sit for the PMP exam, making it an ideal choice for those looking to break into the field or strengthen their project management skills while preparing for the PMP certification.

Pay as you go: the flexible payment plan

If you'd prefer not to pay for the entire project management certificate upfront, you have the option to purchase each course individually. Here’s how the payment plan works:

  • Course price: Each of the 13 courses in the program is priced at $299.
  • Total cost: If you choose to pay as you go, the total cost of the program will be $3,289 (as opposed to the full upfront price of $3,000 for the entire certificate).
  • Voucher offer: After you purchase 11 courses, simply contact us, and we’ll verify your purchases. We’ll then provide you with a unique voucher code to take the last two courses at no additional cost.
  • Completion timeline: To fulfill the requirements of the certificate, you will need to complete all 13 courses within 12 months from the date you purchase your first course.

Pros of the payment plan

  • Flexibility: You can start the program with as little as one course and purchase additional courses at your own pace—whether that means buying one per month or completing multiple in quick succession.
  • Affordable: Instead of paying the entire $3,000 upfront, you can break the cost into smaller, more manageable payments as you progress through the courses.
  • Self-paced learning: Our courses are already designed to be flexible, allowing you to complete them on your own schedule. The pay-as-you-go option provides even more control over how and when you pay for your education.

Cons of the payment plan

  • Higher total cost: If you choose the payment plan, the total cost of the certificate will be $3,289, compared to the one-time payment of $3,000 for the full program.
  • 12-month completion requirement: Unlike the standard certificate, where you can start and stop at your convenience, the pay-as-you-go option requires that you complete all 13 courses within 12 months of purchasing the first course. This timeline ensures you stay on track to earn your certificate in a timely manner.

Why choose the payment plan?

The Project Management Certificate payment plan offers a flexible and budget-friendly option for individuals who want to invest in their professional growth without committing to the full course cost upfront. Whether you’re looking to improve your project management skills or earn the 35-hour educational requirement for the PMP exam, this payment plan makes it easier to achieve your goals at your own pace.
